If you are experiencing product damage and/or crushed box complaints it may not be the box.
Shipping in the “small parcel environment” (I think UPS and Fedex developed this phrase) is where you will experience more problems than with full pallet shipments. Product damage can be a result of not enough interior protective packaging, too much interior packaging, not using the correct material, etc. – the list goes on and on.
If a box is arriving with no damage to the contents but it arrives in an unappealing manner it my be time to strengthen the interior packaging or change to a heavier grade of corrugated. This, of course, is a company specific decision.
