Laminated Squeeze Tubes
Laminated squeeze tubes start as a 5-layer, flat sheet of laminated plastic and / or aluminum. The laminate is printed then rolled and sealed on the side to form a tube. The cylinder is then joined to the tube neck.
Laminated squeeze tubes can be printed up to 6 colors + aqueous. They can also be finished with hot foil stamping and silk screening.

Extensive Collapsible Tube Capacities & Sizes Available
PreferPack can deliver collapsible squeeze tubes in a variety of capacities and tube diameters, both for round squeeze tubes and oval squeeze tubes. (Oval squeeze tubes available for extruded tubes only.)
For ABL collapsible squeeze tubes specifically, the thickness if the aluminum barrier will limit the overall capacity of this type of tube. However, a thicker aluminum barrier of an ABL squeeze tube will extend the the shelf life of the product inside the package.
